Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings to promote crop nutrition and agricultural solutions effectively. Maintain strong customer engagement, achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, and provide timely support to channel partners for long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical guidance and expert support on crop nutrition, plant health, and crop protection solutions to farmers, distributors, and field teams. Assist in conducting R&D field trials, product demonstrations, and performance evaluations to ensure effective agricultural outcomes. Train and support the sales team on product knowledge, usage methods, dosage, and application techniques, helping them confidently communicate product benefits to customers. Monitor field performance, collect farmer feedback, and contribute to the development of improved farming solutions and sustainable agricultural practices.

Manage Sumax’s online presence across digital platforms by creating engaging and informative content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Develop creative posts, product promotions, and agricultural awareness content to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. Support B2B lead generation through digital marketing strategies, online campaigns, SEO, and targeted outreach initiatives. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products effectively, maintain consistent brand communication, and drive online inquiries, dealer connections, and business growth through digital channels.

Coordinate timely dispatch and logistics operations for distributors and dealers across India, ensuring efficient order processing and on-time deliveries.
